WORLD CLASS DATA CENTRE AND AI INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES
Compute infrastructure to accelerate human learning, creation and play
Compute infrastructure to accelerate human learning, creation and play
We are at a unique moment in technology history. Driven by digitisation of society, Enterprise Cloud, AI growth and regulatory changes, global data centre capacity is forecast to triple between 2025 and 2030 - from c. 70GW to c. 220GW.
Addressing this will require solutions for sites, leases, power, connectivity, the supply chain and talent, and c. $2.3T of investment.
We believe compute infrastructure and data centers will be the basis for the economy of the future and the competitive advantage of nations. Data centers and AI infrastructure accelerate human learning, creation and play.
Our mission is to help achieve full human potential through innovative and resilient digital infrastructure.
We are highly experienced, leading experts in AI, data centres and fibre. We combine both consulting and industry experience. To date we have worked on landmark transactions valued at c. $50B. Our approach is client-centric, curious and practical. We combine judgement and AI to accelerate growth and generate value for clients.
We work with leading operators, investors and consultants.

We complement existing Executive Teams as they navigate multiple often contradictory industry challenges to rapidly scale. We provide insights on what is occurring in the industry, an informed sounding board and inspiration to help make decisions.
We are witnessing a speed of market dynamics and opportunities like never before. We help address critical questions such as "How do we internationalise from our existing data centre platform?" and "What is the right strategy to capitalise on AI Inference and GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS)?". We generally have a robust answer in our very first discussion and work hand in hand with you to make it far better, aligned to execution and with maximum chances of achieving full potential.
Developing a site with entitled land and scalable power is effectively a 30 year business decision. We have a network with privileged visibility into upcoming sites and their real status. We proactively market sites and ensure alignment to your strategy.
We achieve value creation from M&A, sell-side and buy-side.
On the sell-side we help surface and build your equity story, implement immediate value creation initiatives prior to a transaction, create transaction related marketing materials and co-ordinate management, advisors and bidders.
Our buy-side services range from initial Red Flag reviews as you consider investment opportunities to working as part of the deal team providing a range of deal services. These include orchestrating and delivering diligence (commercial, technical, operational), forming the investment thesis and ensuring risks are priced.
Customer leases alone are not enough. As the data centre businesses scale, they need to evolve their business model. "How many more engineers are needed? Should we move to a modular based reference design? How do we continuously reduce our unit construction costs?" These are critical issues data centre operators increasingly face - not only from a cost perspective but more importantly to ensure market opportunities can be captured and full potential achieved.

A Top 10 private equity fund was exploring how best to invest in the data centre market. We analysed the market outlook and underlying drivers to build capacity forecasts, mapped the supply chain, formed entry points and identified potential acquisition targets.

A global Hyperscaler data centre developer was seeking significant funding. We worked with the management team in advance of the transaction to form the equity story which shaped the transaction strategy and implemented key operational changes to maximise value potential.

A US based infrastructure fund was seeking to invest in a European Hyperscaler data centre platform. We mapped capabilities to operational metrics and quantified the scalablilty of the business, the specific investments required in new capabilities and the long term shape and cost of the business. We proved the business could undertake more projects with minimal investment in core capabilities.

A global infrastructure fund was seeking to build a pan-European Edge data centre business. We evaluated customers, contracts, suppliers, organisation, systems and processes of multiple data centres within a portfolio company to form a separation blueprint. We then helped manage the carve-out to form a new business.

A data centre operator was seeking to improve the agility of its operations from site assessment to GC contracting to operations and RFS. We worked with the executive team to define the to-be and deploy targetted changes in organisation model, process and systems.

A global financial investor was considering how best to proceed with an existing data centre business. We conducted a strategic review of the business. Instead of divesting it, we decided to pivot it to the Hyperscaler opportunity and invest billions in the business. Revenues have quintupled and the business is now a crown jewel in the portfolio.
